I feel so blessed to live on the West Coast. Watching these ships sail, I paused, took five deep breaths, and reflected.
In moments of brokenness, when I stood at the edge of despair, I realized a profound truth: it was never my own strength that carried me through the darkest valleys. It never was, and it never will be.
I might have been steering the boat, but God was the one guiding the sail, charting a course I couldn’t see. When life gets tough—as it inevitably does—I remind myself to pause, take five deep breaths, and give thanks as I lift my eyes to the heavens, knowing that even in the storm, His hand is steady and His plan is good.
